One Physical NFC Identity Card That Works at Church, School, Gym, and Hospital
A single physical NFC card tied to your mySmartAccessCard identity — request it once, and it works everywhere you go on the platform, for life.
A digital QR code covers most check-in needs, but some people want something physical to tap — a card, not a phone screen. mySmartAccessCard supports that with a paid physical NFC identity card, tied to one account for life.
How the request works
- 1
A user requests a physical NFC card from their account and pays for it (via Paystack).
- 2
The request moves to a Pending state while it's queued for fulfilment.
- 3
Once approved, the user gets an estimated delivery timeframe (ETA).
- 4
The card is written with that user's identity and shipped or handed over.
One card, every context
This is deliberately not a per-institution card. The same physical card that checks a member into a church event also works to clock in at a job, check into a hospital visit, or tap into a gym — because it's tied to one identity, not one organisation. A person carries a single card across every institution they interact with on mySmartAccessCard, the same way their phone's QR code already does.
Behind the scenes
Fulfilment isn't a manual one-off process either — cards are batch-generated with unique codes, then written to physical blank NFC chips, so a request can be fulfilled by assigning a pre-written card rather than programming one from scratch on demand.
