Attendance API for Payroll: Send Real Hours to Your Payroll Software
Typing hours from an attendance report into a payroll sheet is slow and full of mistakes. The mySmartAccessCard API hands your payroll system each person's real hours, regular and overtime, the same numbers the salary screen uses.
Payroll is only as accurate as the hours that go into it. When hours are copied by hand, they get rounded, mistyped or guessed. The mySmartAccessCard hours endpoint returns each person's hours for any period of up to 62 days, worked out from their real check-ins and check-outs.
What you get for each person
- Regular hours, up to the end of their shift or your closing time.
- Approved overtime.
- Overtime still waiting for approval, kept separate so it is not paid by mistake.
- Number of shifts worked.
Works with shifts
Night shifts that end the next morning are counted as one shift, and each session is measured against that person's own shift. See shift attendance.
