Why One Person Should Not Be the Only Admin Running Your Church's Events
Event registration, payment review, and check-in should not all depend on one overworked church admin. mySmartAccessCard lets a church promote any linked member to full admin — with no seat limit.
It's a familiar pattern: one person — often the pastor, sometimes a single volunteer — ends up as the only one who can create an event, approve a payment, or run check-in at the door. That works fine until that person is travelling, unwell, or simply overwhelmed during the church's biggest programme of the year.
mySmartAccessCard doesn't cap how many admins a church can have. Any member already linked to the church can be promoted to Church Admin using their own linking code — no separate invite system, no per-seat pricing, no ceiling on the number of admins.
What a promoted admin can do
- Create and edit events
- Review and approve or reject payment proof in the Payments queue
- Approve or reject supporter/donation submissions
- Run check-in and view the attendance log for any event
- See the full church-wide Deep Insights dashboard
Built for how churches actually run events
A youth conference usually has a different team running it than a Sunday service, and that team needs full working access for the weeks around the event — not a workaround where they're texting the one admin every time a payment needs approving. Delegated admin access means the department actually running a programme can run all of it themselves, inside the same church account, without waiting on anyone.
