Where this fits
Both reports pull directly from the same records created automatically at check-in and updated whenever a clinician attaches a diagnosis or prescription — there's no separate "generate a report" data-entry step. Front desk staff or admins can export either PDF for a patient in a couple of taps, whether that's for an internal file, a referral letter, or a patient who's asked for a copy of their own records.
