Staff Attendance Analytics: On-Time Rate and 14-Day Trends
A one-click analytics report — total check-ins, unique staff, late count, on-time rate, and a full 14-day daily trend — exportable as a PDF whenever you need it.
Attendance logs tell you what happened on any given day. They don't, by themselves, tell you whether things are getting better or worse. Is lateness creeping up this month? Is one particular day of the week consistently worse than the others? Those are trend questions, and answering them from a raw log means manually counting rows.
mySmartAccessCard's analytics export answers them automatically.
What's in the report
Total Check-Ins & Unique People
Overall volume of attendance activity and how many distinct staff members it represents, at a glance.
Late Count & On-Time Rate
How many check-ins were marked late, and what percentage of all attendance was on time — a single number to track over time.
14-Day Daily Trend Table
A day-by-day breakdown covering the last two weeks, with the on-time percentage for each individual day — not just one aggregate number.
One-Click PDF Export
The whole report generates as a downloadable PDF, ready to share with management or keep for your own records.
Why a 14-day window matters
A single day's snapshot can be misleading — everyone was late once because of citywide traffic, or one person's bad week skews the whole picture. A two-week trend smooths that out enough to show a real pattern: a specific day of the week that's consistently worse, a slow drift toward more lateness, or confirmation that a new attendance policy is actually working.
Because the underlying data comes from the same verified QR/NFC check-ins used across the platform, the trend is built on real scans — not self-reported hours.
Who this is for
Any business owner or manager who wants to move from "checking who came in today" to actually managing attendance as a metric. Pairs naturally with mySmartAccessCard's core staff attendance system — there's nothing extra to set up, the analytics are generated from data you're already collecting.
