Scan to Build a Cart
Scan a product's barcode with the phone camera to add it to the cart. Scan multiple items, adjust quantities, and remove items before checkout — just like a real till.
Automatic Tax Calculation
Tax is calculated automatically as items are added, so the final total is accurate without any manual arithmetic.
Printable Receipts
Every completed sale produces a receipt your customer can be given, plus a PDF download for your own records.
Sales History by Employee
Every sale is logged with the employee who processed it, the date, the items, and the total — reviewable by admins at any time.
Stock and sales stay in sync automatically
Because the scanner reads from the same product records created in Inventory, every sale deducts stock automatically. There's no separate step to "update the stock count later" — by the time a sale finishes, the inventory figure is already correct.
Accountability built in
Because every sale is tied to the staff member who processed it, super-admins and admins can review sales history filtered by employee or by date — useful for spotting discrepancies, or simply knowing which staff member is driving the most sales.
