The Parent App: Attendance, Grades, Pickup and School Messages in One Place
Parents want three things from a school: to know their child is safe, to know how they are doing, and to hear important news. The mySmartAccessCard parent app puts all of that on the parent's phone.
Once a parent is linked to their child, they get their own view of the child's school life. No more waiting for the end of term or relying on what a child remembers to say at dinner.
What parents see
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Attendance | A calendar of every school day: present, late or absent, with the check-in times. |
| Grades | Test and exam results as teachers record them. See also report cards. |
| Pickup | Create one-time pickup codes and see who collected your child and when. |
| Messages | Emergency SOS alerts and fee reminders from the school. |
| My Card | Your own parent card for collecting your child. |
| Activity | A timeline of everything that happened. |
Linked securely
Parents are linked to their children with a code from the school, so only real guardians see a child's information. See how guardian linking works.
